1968	Transformation of Erca into Erca S.p.A. and the opening of the current production site in Grassobbio, Bergamo (Italy).
1985	Lautex joined the Erca Group, Bergamo (Italy).
1998	Foundation of Ertex, an industrial joint venture in Brazil and the construction of the current production site in Itatiba (San Paolo).
1999	1999 Foundation of Gunerca, an industrial joint venture in Turkey and the construction of the current production site in Çorlu (Istanbul ).
2000	Foundation of Iris, Bergamo, (Italy).
2004	Foundation of Erca Poland and construction of the current production site in Garwolin (Warsaw).
2005	Foundation of 3E Chemical, an industrial joint venture in China and the construction of the current production site in Suzhou.
